Rick Tuten Inducted into the Forest High Hall of Fame

Congratulations to Seahawks alumni punter Rick "Bootin'" Tuten, who was inducted into the Forest High School Hall of Fame in Ocala, Florida, on Saturday, December 5. Tuten was both a quarterback and punter in high school, and he led the nation his senior year with a 47.1 yd. punting average. He played his college ball as a punter at Florida State University. He is also Ocala's first all-pro in any sport. Called the "hardest working man in Seattle" as a punter for the Seahawks from 1991-1997, Tuten punted the ball 108 times in 1992, tied for fourth-most in a season in NFL history.
