A Visit with Sam Adkins

As a QB for the Seahawks (1977-1981), Sam was the only player to ever where #12 on his jersey. That number 12 was retired by the team in 1982 in honor of Seahawks fans - the "12 Man." Today Sam works in construction with his son, and is a member of the Seahawks pre-game and post-game radio shows on the team's flagship station.
