The Randall Morris Golf Invitational
The White Horse Golf Club, located in Indianola, WA, was the site of the 12th Annual Randall Morris Celebrity Golf Invitational, held Sept. 15 and 16. A 1½-hour drive and ferry boat ride from Seattle, the two-day event featured a reception and auction at the nearby Suquamish Clearwater Casino on the 15th, followed by the golf tournament the following day at the White Horse Golf Club. Morris, a running back for the Seahawks in the 1984-1988 seasons, welcomed attendees at Saturday's reception. Anny Havland from Talk It Up TV was the emcee for the evening, and Seahawks Legends reporter Mike Brown himself headed up the live auction. " ...
Seahawks Legends Run for Sickle Cell
Seward Park along Lake Washington was the site for the 13th Annual Sickle Cell Run, held on Saturday, September 15. Several Seahawks Legends turned out for the event, and all had one thing in common: they were teammates of fellow Legend Bobby Engram, who lost his daughter Bobbi from complications of sickle cell on August 25. Sean Locklear, Lofa Tatupu and Marcus Trufant were all teammates with Bobby, and all were members of the Super Bowl XL team as well. Bobby and his daughter Bobbi were very active in the local sickle cell community, including building the Seattle Sickle Cell Walk and attending the Northwest Sickle Cell Camp. Bobbi, age 20, ...

Seahawks Legends were front and center for Seahawks Make-A-Wish Day (actually Days) held on August 16-18. On hand for Day 1 activities at CenturyLink Field were: Nesby Glasgow, Ronnie Harris, Paul Johns, Norm Johnson, David Kirtman, Dave Krieg, Paul Moyer and Jim Zorn. And what was in store for the kids on Day 1 was amazing: nine Wish kids and their family members arrived at the stadium on a Seahawks bus.
