Howard Mudd was an offensive line coach with the Seahawks in the 1978-1982 and 1993-1997 seasons. As an offensive lineman with the San Francisco 49ers (1964-1969), he was selected to the Pro Bowl three times, and he concluded his NFL playing career with the Chicago Bears (1969-1970). Mudd was a member of the Super Bowl XLI Champion Indianapolis Colts, and he retired from the NFL in 2012.

Dwaine Board - Cleveland Browns Defensive Line Coach Board was Oakland's defensive line coach in 2009 after spending six seasons with the Seahawks (2003-2008), where he worked for then-Seahawks head coach and now Browns president Mike Holmgren. Board played most of his pro career with San Francisco and broke into coaching on the 49ers' staff with Holmgren.
