Koutouvides240_0726Congratulations to Seahawks Legend Niko Koutouvides, who will be inducted into the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association (AHEPA) Athletic Hall of Fame. The ceremony will be held at the 94th AHEPA Supreme Convention on Wednesday, July 27, 2016, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Taken by the Seahawks in the 4th round of the 2004 NFL Draft, Koutouvides played linebacker for the team through the 2007 season. He served as a captain for the Seahawks in Super Bowl XL. Koutouvides went on to play for Denver (2008), Tampa Bay (2009-2010), and New England (2011-2012)

Now retired from the NFL, Koutouvides serves as principal and co-founder of Skala Partners, an opportunistic real estate investment, development and management company.

And if the “American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association” sounds Greek to you, you’re absolutely right. The AHEPA is a leading membership-based association for over a million American citizens of Greek heritage and Philhellenes (“the admirer of Greeks and everything Greek”), living in the United States.
