January 26, 2011 Tony Covington's introduction to non-profits came while he played in the NFL as a defensive back with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1991-94) and Seattle Seahawks (1995). Remembering the impact of his own role models when he was growing up, Tony sought out opportunities to be involved and speak to kids in the community.
