Steve Broussard Named Running Backs Coach for WSU

February 9, 2007 Steve Broussard, one of the top backs in Washington State University history, is set to take the field for the Cougars once again - as running backs coach. Broussard was hired away from Portland State without an interview Thursday by coach Bill Doba to replace Kelly Skipper, who was named the previous day as the new offense line coach of the NFL Oakland Raiders.
